the prior 2 novels and novella BUT Facade follows the story of a secondary
character in the previous books.

Facade is the third book in the Destined Series. Facade follows Mira's best friend Kylee Anderson. Kylee Anderson has been friends with benefits with Mira's boss, Jacoby Roberts. Jacoby is hot, wonderful, kind, and gorgeous! Kylee refuses to give Jacoby the "more" he wants in their relationship, but that doesn't mean he's going to give up!
Jacoby takes Kylee on a date to show her that their relationship could be more than sex. He starts his "get Kylee to be my girlfriend" plan. Jacoby takes Kylee on a date to a restaurant and a horse and carriage ride. Jacoby is successful enough to break off a piece of the wall that surrounds her heart. Unfortunately, it doesn't last long. Jacoby has information that throws everything he worked so hard on to build between him and Kylee, out the window.
I loved this book. I loved learning about why Kylee is the way she is. I enjoyed watching her slowly fall in love with Jacoby. There were some moments were I was like WTF, but I expected that, Ashley loves to throw me for a loop!! I love that we get more of Sky and Mira and a little bit of Danny. It made me happy that I got to see their relationship grow. The Entire Destined Series by Ashley Suzanne is a must read on my list. I can't wait to read more about Kylee and Jacoby!!
